Starting September 28, 2019, the Primary Amex Business Card Holder will begin to earn points for Additional Business Card Member’s spend. Authorized user can no longer own his or her own membership rewards program effective immediately.

Effective immediately Amex are no longer allowing you, the Basic Business Card Member (Primary Account Holder) to authorize your employee(s) to enroll in their own Additional Business Membership Rewards program account. Starting September 28, 2019, you, the Basic Card Member, will begin to earn points for your Additional Business Card Member's spend.
